JT Solution Partners is excited to partner with an amazing apartment community in Reno, NV, and were looking for reliable and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join the team immediately!

Responsibilities

Perform plumbing and electrical repairs (toilets, sinks, showers, outlets, switches, etc.)
Conduct general building maintenance including drywall, flooring, and painting
Assist with apartment turnovers and make-readies before new move-ins
Complete work orders in a timely manner
Perform preventative maintenance on units and appliances
Maintain community grounds as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of apartment or building maintenance experience
Proficient in plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs
Must pass drug test and background check
Must have reliable transportation
Ready to start immediately

Schedule:
Monday through Friday

* Full-time hours (part-time options may be available)
