Apartment Manager & Maintenance

Apartment Manager and Maintenance persons needed at Stillwater Apartments in Lebanon, Oregon

Manager Duties and Qualification Requirements:

The apartment manager will oversee the administration of tenant paperwork, monthly collection of rents and work orders, and will work with staff to keep up property maintenance and maintain excellent curb appeal. Stillwater is a senior only (+55) complex. Tenants must income qualify while adhering to the Fair Housing and Landlord tenant laws.

High school diploma or GED.
2 to 3 years of property management experience preferred.
Customer service experience and good social interactions with seniors and others.
Strong mathematical skills.
Must have general internet and computer knowledge, including Word and Excel programs. Yardi software knowledge would be a bonus.
Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner and complete company training requirements.
Have a valid drivers license.

Compensation and hours: 2 bed/2 bath apartment rent free at the location and utilities are paid. Plus $18 an hour for approx. 20 hours a week. Benefits: 7 Paid Holidays and PTO.

Maintenance / Handyman Position and Requirements:

Job involves unit repairs, painting, janitorial cleaning, light plumbing, apartment turnovers and general labor. Bus driving for residents and resident shopping once a week. Be On Call two weekends per month and take emergency calls. Should have some tools.

Must have valid drivers license, pass a background check and drug screening.

Work shift will be 8:30am to 2:00 pm, Monday though Friday (allows for 30 min lunch). $18 a hour.
