We are currently hiring a Residential HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our installation team.

Whether you already have about a year of HVAC experience or are looking to grow into the trade with the right attitude and work ethic, wed like to talk with you.

What You'll Do

* Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations
* Learn installation techniques for furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and ductwork
* Work in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential job site environments
* Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles
* Deliver excellent customer service while representing Evergreen professionally
* Continue developing technical skills through ongoing training

What Were Looking For

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Honest, dependable, and team-oriented
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Professional appearance
* Valid drivers license with clean driving record
* Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics/crawlspaces
* Ability to safely use tools and equipment
* HVAC experience preferred but not required
* Must obtain basic hand tools within 30 days of employment

Required After Hire

* Electrical Trainee Card within 30 days
* EPA Type II Certification (or higher) within 90 days

Requirements

All residential hires must:

* Pass a background check
* Pass a drug screening
