This is a hands-on diesel mechanic role supporting a large, active fleet of Volvo 9700 motor coaches, M2 Freightliners, Ford F750's / 550/ 450s. You will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance that keep operations running safely and reliably. This is demanding work that requires mechanical expertise, accountability, and pride in workmanship. We have a full service shop and do 95% of our work in-house so all round knowledge is preferred.

What Youll Do
Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel vehicles and equipment
Perform engine, brake, hydraulic, electrical, AC and and CNG system repairs
Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections
Document repairs and maintenance accurately on our system
Work safely in a fast-paced maintenance environment
What Were Looking For
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds
Safety-focused and dependable work ethic
Willingness to work evening or overnight shifts
The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, desire to work in a fast-paced environment with solid handyman or mechanical skills. A valid drivers license is required(CDL is a bonus)
Responsibilities:
- Complete a variety of tasks, from light maintenance to heavy mechanical and odd jobs.
- Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
- The daily administration of fleet maintenance records ensuring regulatory compliance of the Fleet Department
- Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
