Factory Production Worker Immediate Openings (23 Positions)

Atebara Chips is a locally owned chip manufacturing company looking to hire 23 dependable Factory Production Workers to join our team. We are willing to train the right individuals who are motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
Start time: 7:45 AM
End time: Production completion (typically around 4:30 PM)
Occasional weekends as needed

Job Duties
As a member of our production team, you will assist in all aspects of the manufacturing process, including:

Unloading and loading materials
Cleaning work areas and equipment
Cutting and slicing products
Cooking and processing chips
Bagging and sealing finished products
Boxing and preparing orders for shipment
General warehouse and production support

We are a hands-on operation and perform every step of the manufacturing process from raw product to finished goods.

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Dependable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Willingness to perform a variety of tasks throughout the day
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Manufacturing, warehouse, or food production experience is a plus but not required
