The Hamptons Event Venue is looking for a dependable, hardworking full-time Groundsman / Maintenance Worker to maintain three properties located within a 1-mile radius in Red Oak, TX.

This position includes maintaining:

* The Hamptons Event Venue grounds
* The Hamptons Event Venue Airbnb property
* The venue owners private property

Schedule

* MondayFriday
* 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
* Some Saturdays required

Job Duties

* Lawn and landscape maintenance
* Weekly trimming of hedges and shrubs
* Flower bed maintenance and ground makeup
* Planting seasonal flowers year-round
* Sprinkler system maintenance
* General outdoor property upkeep
* Indoor property maintenance and upkeep
* Minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
* Pulling a small trailer when needed
* Keeping all properties clean, organized, and professionally maintained

Requirements

* Valid drivers license required
* Must be able to drive a company truck and pull a small trailer
* Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or maintenance required
* Must be reliable and able to work independently
* Attention to detail is important
