Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a great team? We are seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community in the Killeen area.

Position Details:
Full-Time Position
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule
Competitive pay based on experience
Immediate opportunity available

Requirements:
HVAC Certification Required
Apartment maintenance experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:
Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
Perform preventive maintenance throughout the property
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical issues
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
Participate in rotating emergency on-call coverage
Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
