Maintenance Technician Needed Waterford Garden (Full-Time)

Waterford Garden is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays as needed
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
Complete maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
Maintain resident rooms, common areas, and facility grounds
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
Ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and in good working condition
Respond to maintenance emergencies when necessary
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Maintenance experience preferred, but not required
Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors
Compensation:
