Job Description: Install, troubleshoot, repair, test, and maintain various types of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on a daily basis. Participate in projects to improve equipment functionality and reliability. Share knowledge with other maintenance personnel in equipment operation and maintenance techniques to help improve the overall skill set of the team. Document in detail all work performed in a CMMS. Maintain all plant equipment and facilities in accordance with National, State, and Local Codes. Perform other related duties as required. Pre-employment technical testing will be required.

Be a highly motivated self starter. Have a quality first mindset while performing all duties. Be willing to work any shift or overtime as required, including nights and weekends. May subjected to inside and outside environmental conditions, heat and cold, noise, vibration, oils, and other related industrial hazards. Occasionally work in confined spaces. Vocal communication, hearing, and visual acuity are required for safety, direction, and the exchange of ideas in the industrial environment May be exposed to and willing to handle hazardous wastes Must demonstrate the physical capacity to meet the demands of the "Heavy" Job Placement Assessment (JPA) as administered by St. Elizabeth Business Health Services Minimum of eight years experience on a maintenance team in an industrial manufacturing facility. Must have a demonstrated ability and knowledge to read and interpret and electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, drawings and manuals. Must be able to apply that knowledge in the effective troubleshooting of equipment problems. Solid experience maintaining 5 Axis CNC machines is highly desirable. Experience with Heidenhain or OSP CNC controls is a positive. Strong background troubleshooting with or programming Allen Bradley, Beckoff or Siemens PLCs is desirable. Background with Fanuc and ABB robots is desirable. Post secondary education in a technical field is desirable. Must be a High School Graduate.
