About the Role
Position involves all aspects of the service and repair of motors, reducer and adjustable speed drives. Other processes including putting up inventory stock, parts pulling, assembling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping /receiving and general clean up.
Pay Range: $21/Hr. - $24/Hr.
Shift: 1st
Education: Mechanical Aptitude required and experience in Mechatronics.
TOP most relevant SKILLS AND ABILITIES being sought for this position:
- Experience in the diagnosis and repair of industrial electric motors, gear reducers and adjustable frequency drives (mechatronics).
- Must have mechanical aptitude required to assemble gear drives and motors.
- Ability to work within an SAP computer environment Ability to communicate with all Company employees in a businesslike and professional manner.
- Ability to appropriately handle stress and interact with others.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to use gauges and other measuring equipment to ensure quality work.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

- Hand repair and assembly of gear motors, servo motors, reducers, and adjustable speed drives, putting up restock inventory, parts pulling, repair/restock/warranty evaluations, testing and service, wash/prep/paint, packing, shipping/receiving and general clean up.
- Use hand tools for assembly and disassembly.
- Must visually inspect all work and rework as necessary.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites in a field service role.
- Must comply with all current ISO Quality and Work Instructions for job, all Company Safety rules, and all other Company rules, policies and procedures.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
