The Production Associate (Assembler) is a key member of our manufacturing team, responsible for assembling products using hand tools, performing quality checks, and supporting daily production activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a small team environment with hands-on tasks throughout an 8-hour shift (8:00 AM4:00 PM).

• Product assembly Assemble components using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, snips, drills, picks, and wrenches.

• Manufacturing support Assist in all daily production and assembly processes.

• Inventory handling Track components and finished goods; report shortages or discrepancies.

• Quality testing Test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Workstation upkeep Maintain a clean, organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.

• Packaging Package finished goods for shipment or storage.

• Instruction compliance Follow written and verbal instructions accurately to meet production goals.
