Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

On-Call: 1 week every 2 weeks

Pay: $25 - $27/hr (DOE) + On-Call bonus + Quarterly Bonus Location: 3000 W Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS 67203 Why You'll Love Working With Us: Competitive Pay : $25-$27/hr DOE

Preventative Maintenance

Keep work areas neat and organized

Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation What You'll Need: 3+ years of general maintenance experience

HVAC Certification (Required)

EPA License (Preferred)

CPO Certification (Preferred)

Skilled in: Drywall, Carpentry, Painting

Plumbing (copper pipe, etc.)

Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting)

Appliance Repair (fridge, stove, disposal, dishwasher)

Water Heater (gas & electric)
