Maintenance Supervisor - First Shift

Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys solving mechanical challenges, developing teams, and driving equipment reliability? We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment while making a direct impact on safety, uptime, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead and develop a maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing operation Drive preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives Troubleshoot and support mechanical, electrical, PLC, and control systems Oversee equipment reliability, boiler systems, and facility maintenance activities Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with maintenance standards Coordinate maintenance priorities to maximize production uptime What We're Looking For 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience Prior supervisory or management experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair background Experience working with PLCs, controls, and industrial equipment Knowledge of boiler systems and reliability-focused maintenance programs preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
