Your Responsibilities: Lead and develop a multi-shift maintenance team, promoting safety, performance, and accountability Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, CMMS utilization, and work order management Monitor KPIs, analyze equipment failures, and implement corrective actions to improve reliability Provide technical leadership for electrical, mechanical, PLC, automation, and instrumentation systems Collaborate with operations, engineering, and HR to support production goals and workforce development Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards Communicate maintenance priorities, equipment status, and project updates across the organization The day begins. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, electrical systems, or engineering support Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, controls, automation, motors, and drives Experience with TPM, preventive maintenance, reliability programs, and CMMS systems Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while balancing technical and team leadership responsibilities Why This Role?
