Facilities Manager

The town of Stow is seeking a qualified full-time, benefit-eligible (37.5 hr./wk.) Facilities Manager. Help us maintain the infrastructure behind our exceptional public service. The Facilities Manager plans, organizes, directs and controls all aspects of facility operations including building maintenance, plumbing, heating and cooling, electric, grounds, capital projects, construction, alarms system, controls, and preventative maintenance. Responsible for the direct supervision of the Custodial Staff. Grade 6, of the town's Salary and Compensation Plan, with a wage rate range of $38.93 to $51.09 (DOQ) with benefits, including health, dental, and paid time off. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Must be available to respond outside normal working hours to unforeseen building issues, emergencies, and snow and ice.
