Summary:

AS A MAINTENANCE MECHANIC, you will inspect, repair, replace, install, adjust and maintain all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning equipment. You will also involve carpentry and steam generation equipment.

Other information:

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and controls.

-Possess a Universal CFC license (Section 608 Technician Certification Card)

-OR have a journey person level skills in Carpentry, Plumbing, electrical, painting and ability to read blueprints and schematics.

-Ability to pass written and practical exams.

-Willingness to work overtime and participate in snow removal.
