Wage: Starting at $42.00/hour (based on experience)

We specialize in custom fabrication and jobbing shop work , offering a wide range of challenging, one-off projects in a supportive, team-based environment. • Starting wage of $42.00/hour , based on experience
• PM shift premium available
• 4-day workweek (Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts including paid lunch)

• Red Seal Journeyman Certification in Machining
• Experience in a jobbing shop or custom fabrication environment
• Proficiency operating Horizontal Boring Mills (manual and/or CNC)

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
