Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for shutting down and securing the facility at the end of shift (lock-up duties).
- Perform routine preventative maintenance across a wide range of equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Troubleshoot without reliance on schematics or prints when needed.
- Work with AC/DC drives, HMI interfaces, starters, contactors, relays, and control circuits.
- Understand and implement preventative maintenance procedures effectively.
- Maintain strict adherence to company safety policies and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure minimal downtime.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing maintenance role (industrial or military environment).
- Proficient in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of:
- Hydraulic systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Electrical systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team-oriented with adaptability and a high tolerance for stress.
- Confidence in working independently and making safety-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with control circuits , including relays, timers, switches, safety devices, and signal components.
