Description:

Maintain facilities and District equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to District HVAC equipment. Snow removal required. Any other tasks assigned by building administrator.

Qualifications:

Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to work cooperatively with others. Knowledge in the proper use of maintenance equipment. Knowledge of hand and power tools. Able to follow instructions. Snow removal experience preferred. Ability to finish a task in a timely manner. Basic carpentry, door closers, plumbing, painting & field skills. Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance. Must be able to tow a trailer. Snow removal is required. Must be able to use a lawnmower and backpack blower. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Experience:

General maintenance experience is preferred, especially in a school setting and ability to effectively communicate to others both orally and in writing.

Hours:

6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Qualifications:

Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
