The Diesel Maintenance Technician will perform job duties independently with little to no supervision & must be equipped with a personal toolbox. Diesel Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring Diesel Maintenance Technician (C) teammates as needed.Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesBasic knowledge and understanding of repairing or replacing all structural, body and mechanic parts of a trailer.Must be proficient with brakes, drivelines and mechanical engine components on tractors. Strong electrical experience with the ability to diagnose & repair all electrical systems, up to and including emissions and engine components.Must possess basic computer entry (PC) skills.Minimum QualificationsMust be at least 21 years oldClass A/B License preferred for some positionsDOT Brake/Annual Inspection certificationHigh school diploma or equivalency experience requiredClean driving recordCoca-Cola Consolidatedis the nation's largest Coca-Cola bottler. Our diesel/fleet mechanics service external customers as well as Coca-Cola Consolidated fleet equipment.
