Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures. **Diagnose mechanical, low voltage electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.**
Assist in the **installation and setup of new machinery and equipment** , ensuring proper operation and safety compliance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance in conformance with auditing standards. Navigate, maintain, and improve Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) processes.
**Responsibilities**

**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical troubleshooting - **hydraulics and pneumatics.**
+ Repair of **gearboxes, bearings, chain-driven conveyors.**
+ Low voltage **24v electrical troubleshooting.**
+ Familiarity with safety precautions.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $60320.00/yr.
