Concrete Grinder

Garage Force of the Triad, a premium concrete coating company is looking for an experienced full-time Concrete Grinder.  This position will also assist in the concrete coating process.  Candidate must be motivated and detail-orientated. As a well-established company that has a unique and superior product (CycloSpartic Coating System), we provide exceptional service and products to residential & commercial clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience using a Floor Grinder
• Experience using other machinery including Shotblaster & Hand Tools
• Experience installing concrete/floor coatings
• Dependable & on-time with a strong work ethic
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent quality, attention to detail & pride in their work
• Motivated, organized individual who is eager to learn

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean surfaces before coating application for proper adhesion
• Mix & apply coating materials and finishes to surfaces
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
• Adhere to all safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Provide exceptional customer service
