What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and overseeing maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Coordinating and executing preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.

• Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Managing inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to support effective maintenance operations.

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards while promoting a culture of workplace safety.

Work Environment

This role operates in an industrial environment, requiring physical activity, exposure to various weather conditions, and the ability to respond to operational needs. Safety is a priority, and all employees are expected to follow established protocols and guidelines.

• $75,300 to $89,500 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
