Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to maintain and repair machinery and vehicles. This individual will inspect, repair and maintain our company fleet trucks and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner

Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, vehicles and systems

Keep logs of work and report on issues

Will work out in the field on equipment

Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic, fuel, and brake systems

Knowledge of both gas and diesel systems

Ability to follow established procedures and practices

High school diploma

Certification from a vocational school

Skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong mechanical and technical skills

Good communication skills

Good problem-solving skills
