Full-time position available with the Aviation Department, Facilities Structural Division, located at 947 Mexico City Ave. Normal Workdays/Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monitors, inspects, and maintains building management systems related equipment (HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, filters, air handlers, fire and noxious gas sensors) Responds to work orders pertaining to monitored management systems. Maintains and operates snow removal equipment, forklifts, man lifts and loaders. Performs other duties as assigned. **Position Title:** Airport Building Maintenance Technician - KC/MO **Job Category:** Maintenance **Minimum Education Required:** High School/GED **Certificates/Security Clearances/Other:** REQUIRES completion of a trade school or a shop training program; OR 6 months experience in general maintenance and repair work. May be required to obtain a valid MO Class A,B, or C CDL prior to the end of the probationary period as determined by the department. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and post-offer physical examination as prescribed by the City. Must posses a valid State-issued driver's license in accordance with the City of KCMO policies.
