WE'RE HIRING - Preventative Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and responsible HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team full time!

Monday through Friday, 7:00a- 3:30pm.
Starting pay $18+, depending on experience.
Jobsites are across the island of Kauai.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Strong customer service skills
-Good communication and time management skills
-Ability to use hand and power tools
-Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
-Inspect electrical devices, filters, condensate drain lines
-Clean outdoor condenser, pans, filters
-Check system performance and troubleshoot basic issues
-Record maintenance tasks and report potential problems
-Communicate to customers services performed
-Ensure tools and work areas are kept clean and organized
-Follow all safety protocols and company policies
