Journeyman Electrician Location: Honolulu, HI Job Type: Full-Time Workplace Type: On-site Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and professional Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team in Honolulu, Hawaii . The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work and demonstrate strong technical and interpersonal skills. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for completing installations, service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs with professionalism, accuracy, and safety. You must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with team members and clients. A clean-cut appearance, punctuality, and strong communication are essential. Occasional travel to outer islands and availability for after-hours service calls (with extra pay) are a plus. Key Responsibilities: Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete work on schedule Maintain a professional, respectful, and customer-focused demeanor at all times Adhere to all state/local electrical codes and safety regulations Complete service calls, including occasional after-hours work (additional compensation provided) Accurately document work performed and materials used Travel to outer islands as needed (preferred) Qualifications: Valid Hawaii Journeyman Electrician License (Required) Minimum 3 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician Strong understanding of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and attitude English language proficiency preferred Willingness to commute or relocate to Honolulu, HI before starting work (preferred) Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred) Benefits: Health insurance Paid service call premiums for after-hours work Steady full-time schedule (8-hour shift) If you are a motivated, licensed electrician who values professionalism, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship, we encourage you to apply.
