Position: Facility Maintenance Technician

Location: Greensboro, NC

Company: Property Management Company

Responsibilities: This position will oversee the maintenance repairs for a residential apartment complex. You will perform maintenance tasks encompassing plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliances, drywall and painting, floor work, and grounds keeping. A main focus will be turning over vacant units to prepare for new tenants, as well as responding to any maintenance issues. You will interact with tenants on the property and will be expected to provide a high level of customer service. This person will work independently and should have good time management skills. This is a long term position with a very stable company!

Job Requirements

-HVAC certification OR 2 or more years of HVAC troubleshooting experience highly preferred

-2 or more years experience of commercial or multi-family facility maintenance required

-Strong communication and customer service skills required

-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required

-Ability to be on-call on after hours and over the weekend required

-Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting required
