JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Engineering.
- Manufacturing Industry experience.
- Experience with food inspection audits.
- Develop a predictive maintenance schedule.
- Develop and oversee advanced planning, scheduling, and coordination for all plannable maintenance work, including shutdowns and preventive maintenance (PMs).
- Developing maintenance schedules and coordinating tasks to minimize downtime.
- Tracking spare parts and ensuring availability for routine and emergency maintenance.
- Inspecting the workplace for hazards and implementing safety protocols.
- Managing a Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to prevent equipment failures.
- Analyze work orders and PMs to determine part criticality and inventory requirements.
- Conduct data analysis on department expenditures for management reporting.
- Develop methods to improve purchasing accuracy and reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance inventory procedures and controls.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
- Possess strong proficiency in MRO best practices, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and effectively utilizes knowledge.
- Ensuring efficiency.
- Collaborate with project management teams to implement improvements and upgrades to facilities and equipment.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance in a manufacturing environment.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate activities to minimize downtime.
- Know and understand the relationship between daily operations and supply chain.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
