Adecco Search is ACTIVELY recruiting for a Sr. Maintenance Mechanic in Macedonia, OH. Our client is a growing manufacturingpany that specializes in th production of sustainable corrugated packaging. The Sr. Maintenance Mechanic will repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment. The Sr.Maintenanec Mechanic will report directly to the Maintenance Manager. The Sr. Maintenance Mechanic will offer apetitive hourly rate, overtime, excellent benefits, PTO, 401K and continuing education.

Job Duties for the Sr. Maintenance Mechanic in Macedonia, OH will include:

-Must maintain a positive work atmosp by behaving andmunicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers, supervisors/managers, and all other employees.

-Responsible for adhering to, and maintaining all ISO 9001 procedures and requirements of the Maintenance function and department. This includes active participation in the internal and external audits for the Rochester plant, when necessary.

-Active member of Process Management Team (PMT).

-Responsible for maintaining and fixing all production equipment within plant facility.

-Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.

-Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.

-Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.

-Repairs or replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.

-Initiates purchase order for parts and machines.

-Repairs electrical equipment.

-Performs all preventative maintenance on machinery following a set preventative maintenance (PM) schedule.

Required Skills for the Sr. Maintenance Mechanic in Macedonia, OH:

-High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to eight months related experience and/or training; or equivalentbination of education and experience.

-3-5 years of Industrial Manufacturing experience.

-Packaging equipment experience a PLUS.
