Schedule: Monday - Friday, Saturday as scheduled

1st Shift 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour + $2,000 Starting Bonus

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep our high-performance production lines running efficiently. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for precision, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing company.

What Youll Do:

+ Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of industrial equipment, including pumps, valves, conveyors, gearboxes, and control panels.

+ Assist with new production line installations and ensure smooth operations.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.

+ Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.

+ Maintain organized, safe work areas and detailed maintenance records.

What Youll Bring:

+ 5+ years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance.

+ Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills for packaging machines, motors, conveyors, pumps, and hydraulic systems.

+ Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance.

+ Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.

+ Welding and finishing skills (a plus).

+ Prior experience in food manufacturing (highly preferred).
