Job Summary
We seek an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Engineer to oversee the design, implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes and the maintenance, repair, and operation of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. The successful candidate will manage maintenance teams, develop preventive maintenance programs, and optimize facility operations via process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop manufacturing processes and equipment.
Conduct feasibility studies and process simulations.

Lead, mentor and develop process engineering staff.

Ensure compliance with regulations, codes and industry standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and training.
*Facilities Management*
Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of facilities, equipment, and systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
*Maintenance Operations*
Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Coordinate maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory management.
Troubleshoot equipment and system issues.

Plan, budget, and execute facility upgrades, renovations, and expansions.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and training.

Manage departmental budgets and reduce costs.

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field
2. 5+ years of process engineering management experience
Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years of facilities and maintenance management experience
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
Certification in facilities management or maintenance engineering (e.g., CFM, PEM)

Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency principles
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations
