PURPOSE OF POSITION: Assist the building maintenance department with projects including painting, pluming, remodels, and other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with repairs and upkeep of buildings and equipment

Perform preventative maintenance procedures

Work on construction projects

Be willing to perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have at least basic level maintenance skills and tool knowledge

Must work well with others and function as a team member

Willing to learn new skills and perform tasks in a timely and safe manner

Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license

Must be physically able to perform maintenance duties and tasks

Able to work on ladders and scaffolding safely and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Lifting and carrying 50+ lbs.

$21.00 per hour
