Job Description
Pay: $33–$40/hr base + shift differentials
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 6PM–5AM
Shift Premiums:
- +$17/hr on Sundays
- +$2/hr on Mon–Wed
Location: Douglassville, PA
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a technical, hands-on position maintaining heavy industrial
manufacturing equipment, this is not a facilities maintenance role.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining production equipment and troubleshooting
both mechanical and electrical systems to ensure the reliability of Techo-Bloc’s
cutting-edge production machinery.
Your tasks include:
- Diagnosing and repairing motors, gearboxes, pulleys, conveyors, drive
- systems
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
- Troubleshooting 480v, 120v, 24vDC systems
- Working with VFDs (SEW, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Lenze), sensors, and relays
- Stick & MIG welding and metal fabrication
- Repairing hydraulics (valves, solenoids, cylinders, pumps)
- Performing PMs and installing new industrial equipment
- Using shop equipment: grinders, torch, band saws, etc.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 2+ years in industrial maintenance, electro-mechanics, or similar
Physical Requirements:

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Must be able to closely inspect and continually monitor all machines in the production process. The employee is occasionally required to remain stationary; ascend and descend steps and ladders; and position self in tight spaces.
