Position: Building Maintenance Technician | Full- or Part-Time | Location: On-Site at Spectrum Marketing Companies

Are you the type of person who gets excited over a well-oiled hinge or a perfectly installed light fixture? Do you know your way around HVAC filters, power tools, and a spool of plumber's tape? Spectrum Marketing Companies is looking for a self-directed, hands-on, maintenance wizard to keep our facilities running like a well-tuned machine.

We're a fast-paced print and marketing powerhouse, and we need someone who's just as comfortable fixing a leaky faucet as they are talking with a contractor or lending a hand to our press operators.

Your Day Might Include:

Swapping out HVAC filters and making sure condensate lines are flowing like a mountain stream.

Keeping our lights onliterally. Changing bulbs and ballasts like a backstage tech at a rock concert.

Channeling your inner carpenter for small repairs.

Becoming besties with press operators while helping troubleshoot equipment.

Battling rogue plumbing fixtures.

Managing parts inventory like a hardware store superhero.

Coordinating with vendors, recommending repairs, and keeping meticulous records (yes, a clipboard is included).

Qualifications

You'll Do Great If You:

Can fix almost anything with a screwdriver and duct tape (okay, not always duct tape).

Know your OSHA stuff and can speak Safety fluently.

Have general skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and MacGyver-ing.

Communicate well and can work solo without someone checking your every move.

Can lift 50 pounds like it's a bag of feathers.

Handle power tools with the confidence of a DIY YouTube star.

Navigate tight spaces, ladders, and awkward angles with ninja-like agility.
