Part to full-time Maintenance Worker

Seeking general maintenance worker for small RV park.
Responsibilities include:

- Maintenance and small repairs of motorized and non-motorized lawn equipment and service trucks.
- Maintenance of facilities and RV sites - laundry rooms and equipment, clubhouse, bathhouses, RV site utilities (water, sewer, cable, and electrical connections)
- Troubleshooting equipment, laundry, water, and electrical systems with ability to determine appropriate fix/solution
- Repair water connections, as necessary, including locating and digging to locate broken water connections

Ideal candidate would have basic electrical, plumbing, and small-engine experience. We will train the right person.

We are a tight-knit group, with our staff's happiness being very important to us. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as alongside staff, working together in a collaborative manner to complete a project.

Hours are generally Monday-Friday, with some flexibility, as well as the occasional need to stay after hours to resolve an issue within the park.

Pay starts at $25 per hour, depending on experience.
