Environmental Services and Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for an Environmental Services Supervisor to join our Senior living team in Roseville, MN! This role supervises preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment. Supervises and trains housekeeping staff. This environmental services/housekeeping leader schedule includes; 80 hours every two weeks Full time day shifts Weekends as needed for on call Amira Choice Roseville at Lexington is a beautiful, well-designed care and living community that offers the highest level of distinction for our senior residents. We offer 80 senior units with a mix of Independent/Assisted Living as well as Memory Care and Care Suites. Our community is adjacent to both Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN and is near public transportation making it a convenient location for our employees. Responsibilities: Repairs items found deficient by maintenance or requested by work orders Establishes and follows Preventative Maintenance Program using an electronic work management platform or CMMS Removes snow from sidewalks and walkways and uses ice melt on sidewalks as needed Keeps grounds safe and looking neat and attractive Trains and provides ongoing support to staff Completes cleaning duties on the daily assignment sheet including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, sinks, etc Provides 24/7 emergency On-Call response for the entire campus per rotating schedule Required Qualification: Current Driver's License (in good standing) Comfortable with using Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel) Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 year previous experience Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Industrial energy or related field Special Boilers License Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
