Seeking Maintenance Scheduler (CMMS)
for a Leader in the Building Materials Industry in Berlin, New Jersey

Maintenance Scheduler's role is to minimize total maintenance costs by maximizing maintenance work force efficiency and productivity through detailed planning and scheduling of work orders.

Develop scope of work, cost estimates, and job requirements of work requesters
Schedule work, update the maintenance plans and include work instructions to each plan.
Open Maintenance plans in CMMS and update information such as equipment numbers, maintenance classification, budget item, or shutdown PM Place occasionally purchase requisitions for labor/materials and follow up on orders and delivery scheduling

REQUIREMENTS
High School/Technical School diploma
3 years of technical/mechanical and electrical work experience
Maintenance planning and scheduling experience
CMMS System Experience (desired SAP, Oracle, Maximo)
SAP knowledge is preferred
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and rotating equipment
Must have 24/7 availability

Position is generally M-F from 7:00am-3:00pm, 8:00pm-4:00pm, could receive some calls after hours
