Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will perform all mechanical and electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations onsite at a new plant. You will be responsible for repairing recycling and mining equipment, including conducting conveyor changes and performing both preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery. Responsibilities Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs on site. Perform preventative maintenance and installs at the recycling plant. Repair recycling and mining equipment. Conduct conveyor changes and maintain industrial equipment. Perform stick welding, air arc, and torch operations. Essential Skills Troubleshooting Hydraulics Pneumatics Mechanical repair Industrial maintenance Preventive maintenance Welding Conveyor maintenance Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfortable operating skid steer, high reach, or forklifts. Experience with motors, gearboxes, and bearings. 60/40 mechanical to electrical skillset. Why Work Here? The shift runs from 7:30 AM to approximately 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility is required as the team currently works about three Saturdays a month and a couple of Sundays per quarter. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Orlando, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $76000.00/yr.
