Job Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the service of security and fire systems hardware.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
· Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
· Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
· Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
· Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Performance Objectives
· Complete assigned training modules and certifications within specified timelines.
· Deliver quality service and support that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
· Maintain timely and accurate service documentation.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· 3+ years of experience in a service role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.
· Experience servicing Kidde, DMP, Digital Watchdog, Notifier, and AiPhone preferred
· NICET 1

Work Hours
· Core work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with travel to customer sites required
