Responsibilities include:

Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner

Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests (including after-hours)

Repair structural damage: walls, windows, doors, etc.

Fix broken/leaking plumbing and restore water access

Repair damaged or shorted electrical wiring

Maintain HVAC systems to ensure climate control

Paint interior and exterior areas as needed

Repair and maintain wooden fences around the building

Address trash can issues and help maintain a clean and safe environment

Identify and correct safety hazards on the property
