Cable Technician

Security technician/Cable technician Environment: Commercial Projects Location: Cincinnati Metro Area Schedule: Monday - Friday Hours: 8am - 4pm Job Overview: We are seeking motivated and eager-to-learn individuals to join our team as Security/Alarm Cable Pullers for large-scale commercial security installations in the Cincinnati Metro area. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the security systems industry with a company that values growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Pull and install low-voltage cabling for security and alarm systems on commercial job sites. Assist with the installation, programming, testing, and servicing of security, fire alarm, and life safety systems. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Maintain accurate service reports and documentation. Provide excellent customer service and technical support on-site. Requirements: Willingness to travel to job sites using your own vehicle for the first 6 months. Ability to travel for 1-2 week assignments when needed (lodging, mileage over 50 miles, and food reimbursement provided). Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; experience with hand and power tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, etc.). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
