Now Hiring: Maintenance Electrician – Fort Worth, TX

We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to support electrical operations in a fast-paced milling and packaging facility. This hands-on role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient operations across multiple production areas.

Key responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and schematics, maintaining and troubleshooting AC/DC motor controls, PLCs, and electrical systems up to 480V. You'll inspect, test, and repair drives, motors, belts, relays, sensors, and other components, while also assisting with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience installing conduit and wiring for new and existing equipment is essential.

Ideal candidates will hold a Journeyman or Maintenance Electrician License and have at least 4 years of industrial electrical experience. strong mechanical aptitude, computer skills, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment are a must. Must be team-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable with night shift rotation.

Responsibilities

• Interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC motor controls, PLC, electrical drives, and high-voltage systems.
• Maintain milling equipment; assess performance, recommend repairs.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, fluid levels; perform instructed maintenance.
• Diagnose machinery malfunctions; perform preventive maintenance.
• Use measurement and test equipment accurately.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs.
• Install wire and conduit for new/existing equipment.
• Replace faulty electrical components and electronic parts.
• Safely troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Adhere to safety rules, permits, food quality, and safety standards.
• Immediately report problems impacting safety, efficiency, or production.

Other Responsibilities:

• Complete necessary documents (work orders, permits, overtime logs).
• Be available for on-call night shift rotation.
• Perform assigned duties.
