Maintenance Technician**
**Shift:**
2-2-3 schedule, from 6:00am - 6:00pm
Pay: $28-32
**Job Description**
The Industrial Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of all mechanical systems, equipment, and infrastructure across the tortilla production facility. This role ensures reliable operation of equipment critical to the manufacturing process, with an emphasis on minimizing downtime and supporting total productive maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
_Performing routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of roof top package units, splits units, chillers, ventilation_
_systems_
_Complete assigned projects on time._
_Identifying maintenance risks that may cause unscheduled equipment downtime._
_Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVACR systems._
_Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently._
_Properly complete all necessary written and electronic records for each job through the manintain_
_Complying with service standards, work instructions and internal customer requirements. ._
_Performing maintenance on refrigeration equipment (fridge, water fountain, washing station)_
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years Refrigeration and HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience
+ Ability to understand and verbally express ideas and instructions effectively.
+ Familiarity with preventive maintenance techniques.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with electrical systems and mechanical repairs.
+ Previous experience in food and beverage industry maintenance
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
