What You'll Get:

Pay Rate: $25-$26/hr, paid WEEKLY

Your Day-to-Day:

Lead the onsite maintenance team and manage service request workflow

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA Certification required)

Coordinate and complete unit turns, appliance installations, and general repairs

Oversee large-scale maintenance projects (boiler, pool, exterior/interior repairs)

Schedule and track all maintenance operations including groundskeeping

Collaborate with property management to ensure community maintenance standards are met

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

HVAC & EPA Certification (REQUIRED)

CPO Certification (preferred but not required)

Prior leadership experience managing maintenance teams

Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall repair

A strong work ethic, great communication, and reliability

Your own hand tools (power tools a plus!)

Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors
