What You'll Do

As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated, multi-shift maintenance team focused on minimizing downtime, optimizing equipment performance, and fostering a culture of safety and reliability. You'll be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting and enjoys solving technical challenges head-on.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture in line with OSHA and environmental standards

Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure peak equipment reliability

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical failures in complex industrial systems

Manage and lead capital improvement projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

Analyze plant equipment and processes to identify continuous improvement opportunities

Oversee Capital and MRO budgets

Mentor and develop maintenance personnel in a collaborative, growth-focused environment

What You Bring

Required:

Associate degree or technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, or related field

10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Proficiency in:

Mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication

PLCs, high/low voltage systems, and industrial controls

Overhead cranes and electrical troubleshooting

Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

Ability to interpret technical schematics and data

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting to leadership
