What You'll Be Doing

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and support production goals

• Replace or repair components using hand and power tools

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established work procedures

• Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement

What Are We Looking For

• Proficiency in mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair

• Strong safety focus with knowledge of proper lockout/tagout and PPE practices

• Self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Effective communication and team collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
