Production Maintenance Mechanic

**Responsibilities for a Maintenance Technician include but are not limited to:**

+ Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid handling systems

+ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools and interface software (Allen Bradley or GE PLCs preferred)

+ Maintain and repair facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and chemical-handling equipment

+ Support production by ensuring smooth changeovers, start-up/shutdown, and high equipment reliability

**Candidates for Maintenance Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:**

+ Proven experience in production equipment maintenance, preferably in a food and beverage environment

+ Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid handling systems; ability to read blueprints and ladder logic diagrams

+ Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment; welding experience a plus

+ Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs., bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work extended hours as needed

+ Trade/Technical school or Millwright certification preferred

**Pay Details:** $35.00 per hour
