Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic needed in Pasadena!

Responsibility and Authority

• Read diagrams and schematic drawings and service manuals to determine work procedures.
• Operate rigging equipment to place heavy machinery and parts.
• Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts.
• Align and test equipment and make any necessary adjustments.
• Welding (TIG) and fabrication of pipe systems and pipe supports.
• Pipe fitting experience.
• Industrial production and processing systems as required for construction or maintenance.

Knowledge and Skills

• Must be familiar with mechanical equipments those require to do the job.
• Pipe fitting experience.
• Welding machine operating knowledge.
• Some knowledge of basic electrical diagrams.
• Should be very good in interpreting the P & ID.
• Should be very precise in followings written or verbal order to do the mechanical work.
• Should be able to operate heavy equipments.
