Maintenance Worker (3 positions available)

MAINTENANCE WORKER - WEST CAMPUS (Monday - Friday)

AVAILABILITY: Immediate

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school and post high school training in at least two (2) of the following areas: electrical, sheet metal, mechanical maintenance, plumbing, and heating/ventilation/air conditioning

Valid Driver's License

Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed

Demonstrated aptitude as a self-starter who works with minimal supervision

Experience with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices

Effective interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Strong orientation for providing customer service

Strong work ethic

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to work positively and productively with adults and high school age students

SALARY/RATE: TBD - Per ESP Salary Schedule Appendix B (Maintenance) - Negotiated Agreement
